Applications
Hard anodizing of aluminium is used for parts where there are high demands on:
- Corrosion protection (strong)
- Wear resistance (heavy wear)
- Electrical insulation
- Heat resistance
- Aluminium oxide layer thickness 50–120µ
The hard anodizing is carried out on our process line in accordance with MIL-PRF-8625 type III and ISO 10074.

We provide a COC and test reports on request. Our hard anodizing process is third-party approved. Documentation can be supplied on request.
