The ISO 45001 occupational health and safety certification focuses on ensuring that our employees have good conditions for the mounting, removal and packing of parts.
We therefore work to improve our ergonomic conditions across several areas:
Work with the fixtures used to mount parts
Parts must hang securely, it must be easy to see how they should hang, and the fixtures must fit the parts
Setting up adjustable workstations in the form of chairs and scissor lift tables to limit the strain from lifting
Rotation of work tasks so that repetitive monotonous work is avoided
Thorough instruction for employees
Exoskeletons relieve heavy lifting
As part of our work with ergonomics, we use exoskeletons in daily production. The solution reduces the physical strain of lifting and working above shoulder height, easing the load on our employees in the most demanding tasks.
