Ergonomics

The working environment certification ISO 45001 focuses on our employees having good conditions regarding hanging, taking down and packing the items. 

We are therefore working to improve our ergonomic conditions in several areas:  

• Work with the fixtures for hanging items

• The items must hang securely, it must be easy to see how they should hang, and the fixtures must fit the items

• Design of adjustable workplaces in the form of chairs and scissor tables, so that the load from lifting is limited

• Rotation in the work tasks, so that one-sided repetitive work is avoided

• Thorough instruction for the employees
