Unique alternative to covering
It has always been problematic to uncover surfaces on objects before anodizing. At best, the covering leaves a "loose" edge, if it does not completely or partially come off during the process.
We can offer a unique option to remove the anodization after the treatment using a laser. The result is a razor-sharp demarcation between the uncovered and the surface-treated. At the same time, it enables the execution of far more difficult tasks, which were previously not possible, now with perfect results.
Examples of use could be surfaces for EMC packing, printed circuit breakers or frames.
When the item is finished in the laser process, we can offer treatment with ChromitAL TCP in order to stop any oxidation of the surfaces before the item comes to assembly or further processing.
Of course, we can also offer engraving of logos, etc. or other engraving tasks in connection with surface treatment with us.
