About us

Stjerne-Chrom is a family-owned company that was founded by Flemming Nielsen in 1947. At that time, production consisted of chrome-plating bumpers, lamp rings and gear rods etc. Today, these items have disappeared and our customers are mostly small and medium-sized industrial companies that often have very specific requirements and wishes for their surface treatment.

The company is run by the third generation in the family, and has undergone strong development and renewal in recent years. The factory was expanded three times in the year 2000, in 2010, when we put a completely new production line into use, again in 2020, when we expanded with a new assembly hall and a new laboratory.

We attach great importance to the environment, working environment and quality, and are certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 (working environment certification). We have our own laboratory at the company, where we carry out a series of tests and quality controls to verify that our products meet the specific requirements of the individual customer.

We are geared for fast deliveries, and are keen on processing products that make particularly high demands on handling and finish. Stjerne-Chrom works with a number of different processes, and we can always tailor a surface treatment so that it matches your special quality requirements.
